REAN AI គឺជាប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងសាលារៀន និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដែលបង្កើតឡើងនៅកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់គ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សានៅកម្ពុជា។ សាលារបស់អ្នកប្រើ REAN AI ដើម្បីរក្សាកំណត់ត្រាសិស្ស និងដើម្បីទាក់ទងជាមួយគ្រួសារ។ ឯកសារនេះពន្យល់ថា តើទិន្នន័យអ្វីខ្លះដែលត្រូវបានប្រមូល ហេតុអ្វី និងអ្នកមានសិទ្ធិអ្វីខ្លះលើទិន្នន័យទាំងនោះ។
១. អ្នកណាទទួលខុសត្រូវលើទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នក
សាលារបស់អ្នក គឺជាអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យ។ សាលាសម្រេចថា តើត្រូវកត់ត្រាអ្វី អ្នកណាអាចមើលឃើញ និងរក្សាទុករយៈពេលប៉ុន្មាន ដូចដែលសាលាធ្លាប់ធ្វើជាមួយសៀវភៅកត់ត្រាដែរ។ REAN AI (ក្រុមហ៊ុន REAN AI រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ) ដំណើរការប្រព័ន្ធក្នុងនាមសាលា និងដំណើរការទិន្នន័យតាមការណែនាំរបស់សាលាតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
២. ទិន្នន័យអ្វីខ្លះដែលត្រូវបានប្រមូល
- គណនី — ឈ្មោះ ឈ្មោះអ្នកប្រើ តួនាទី (អាណាព្យាបាល សិស្ស គ្រូ បុគ្គលិក) និងសាលាដែលអ្នកជាសមាជិក។ ពាក្យសម្ងាត់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកក្នុងទម្រង់ដែលមិនអាចអានបានវិញទេ។
- កំណត់ត្រាសិស្ស ដែលសាលារក្សា — ឈ្មោះ ថ្ងៃខែឆ្នាំកំណើត លេខសិស្ស ថ្នាក់ រូបថត (បើសាលាបញ្ចូល) វត្តមាន កិច្ចការផ្ទះ ពិន្ទុ និងលទ្ធផលប្រចាំខែ/ឆមាស ថ្លៃសិក្សា និងការបង់ប្រាក់ សំណើទៅសាលា (ច្បាប់ឈប់ លិខិត) ការកក់ជួបគ្រូ និងចម្លើយស្ទង់មតិ។
- ទំនាក់ទំនងគ្រួសារ — ឈ្មោះអាណាព្យាបាល ទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយសិស្ស លេខទូរស័ព្ទ និងអ៊ីមែល (បើមាន)។
- Telegram (ជម្រើស) — បើអ្នកភ្ជាប់ Telegram ដើម្បីទទួលដំណឹងពីសាលា យើងរក្សាទុកលេខសម្គាល់ជជែក (chat id) របស់អ្នក។ អ្នកអាចផ្ដាច់បានគ្រប់ពេលពីក្នុងកម្មវិធី។
- ព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកទេស — អាសយដ្ឋាន IP ជំនាន់កម្មវិធី និងកំណត់ត្រាបច្ចេកទេសដែលចាំបាច់ដើម្បីរក្សាសុវត្ថិភាព និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា។ លេខសម្គាល់ការចូលប្រើ (token) ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកនៅលើឧបករណ៍របស់អ្នកក្នុងកន្លែងផ្ទុកសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់ប្រព័ន្ធប្រតិបត្តិការ។
កម្មវិធីនេះ មិនមានការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម មិនប្រើឧបករណ៍តាមដាន (tracking) ឬវិភាគពីភាគីទីបី និងមិនលក់ទិន្នន័យទេ។
៣. ហេតុអ្វីបានជាប្រើទិន្នន័យទាំងនេះ
- ដើម្បីឲ្យសាលាដំណើរការការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃ — ហៅឈ្មោះ ដាក់និងកែកិច្ចការផ្ទះ បញ្ចូលពិន្ទុ ចេញសៀវភៅតាមដាន និងគិតថ្លៃសិក្សា។
- ដើម្បីបង្ហាញគ្រួសារនូវអ្វីដែលទាក់ទងនឹងកូនរបស់ខ្លួនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
- ដើម្បីផ្ញើដំណឹងដែលសាលាសម្រេចផ្ញើ — អវត្តមាន ថ្លៃសិក្សាដល់កំណត់ លទ្ធផលចេញ។
- ដើម្បីរក្សាសុវត្ថិភាពប្រព័ន្ធ និងបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចផ្លូវច្បាប់ដែលសាលាមាន។
៤. ការបង់ប្រាក់
ថ្លៃសិក្សាបង់តាមកូដ KHQR ដែលធនាគាររបស់សាលាចេញឲ្យ។ អ្នកស្កេនកូដនោះដោយកម្មវិធីធនាគាររបស់អ្នកផ្ទាល់ ហើយធនាគារជាអ្នកបញ្ជាក់ការបង់ប្រាក់។ REAN AI មិនប្រមូល ឬរក្សាទុកលេខកាត ឬពាក្យសម្ងាត់ធនាគាររបស់អ្នកទេ។ អ្វីដែលរក្សាទុកគឺបង្កាន់ដៃ — ចំនួនទឹកប្រាក់ កាលបរិច្ឆេទ និងលេខយោង។
៥. អ្នកណាអាចមើលឃើញទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នក
- បុគ្គលិកសាលា តាមតួនាទីរបស់ពួកគេ — គ្រូឃើញតែថ្នាក់របស់ខ្លួន អ្នកគិតលុយឃើញថ្លៃសិក្សា ជាដើម។
- អាណាព្យាបាល និងសិស្ស ឃើញតែកំណត់ត្រារបស់កូន ឬរបស់ខ្លួនប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
- ធនាគាររបស់សាលា សម្រាប់ការបង់ប្រាក់ និង Telegram បើអ្នកជ្រើសរើសភ្ជាប់។ មេរៀនវីដេអូចាក់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីរបស់អ្នកផ្ដល់វីដេអូ (ដូចជា YouTube) ក្រោមគោលការណ៍របស់ពួកគេ។
- អ្នកផ្ដល់សេវាបង្ហោះ (hosting) ដែល REAN AI ប្រើដើម្បីដំណើរការប្រព័ន្ធ។
ទិន្នន័យរបស់សាលានីមួយៗត្រូវបានបំបែកដាច់ពីសាលាដទៃ។ យើងមិនចែករំលែកទិន្នន័យទៅភាគីណាមួយផ្សេងទៀតទេ លើកលែងតែច្បាប់តម្រូវ។
៦. កុមារ
សិស្សភាគច្រើនជាអនីតិជន។ ពួកគេប្រើកម្មវិធីនេះតាមរយៈសាលា និងក្រោមការមើលថែរបស់អាណាព្យាបាល ដែលអាចមើលឃើញកំណត់ត្រាដូចគ្នា។ យើងមិនប្រមូលទិន្នន័យពីកុមារលើសពីអ្វីដែលសាលាត្រូវការសម្រាប់ការសិក្សារបស់ពួកគេទេ។
៧. រយៈពេលរក្សាទុក
កំណត់ត្រាត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកដរាបណាសិស្សនៅរៀនក្នុងសាលា និងបន្ទាប់ពីនោះ ក្នុងរយៈពេលដែលបទប្បញ្ញត្តិសិក្សាធិការតម្រូវឲ្យសាលារក្សា (ដូចជា លទ្ធផលសិក្សា និងបង្កាន់ដៃ)។ គណនីដែលលែងប្រើ ត្រូវបានលុប ឬធ្វើអនាមិកភាព តាមការស្នើសុំរបស់សាលា។
៨. សិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នក និងការលុបគណនី
អ្នកអាចស្នើសុំមើល កែតម្រូវ ឬលុបទិន្នន័យរបស់អ្នក។ ដោយសារសាលាជាអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងកំណត់ត្រា សូមទាក់ទងការិយាល័យសាលាជាមុន។ ដើម្បីលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នក សូមស្នើទៅការិយាល័យសាលា ឬផ្ញើអ៊ីមែលមក [email protected] ដោយបញ្ជាក់កូដសាលា និងឈ្មោះអ្នកប្រើ។ យើងនឹងលុបគណនី និងទិន្នន័យដែលច្បាប់មិនតម្រូវឲ្យសាលារក្សា ក្នុងរយៈពេល ៣០ ថ្ងៃ។
៩. សុវត្ថិភាព
ទិន្នន័យទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរតាម HTTPS។ ការចូលប្រើត្រូវបានកំណត់តាមតួនាទី និងតាមសាលា។ ពាក្យសម្ងាត់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកជាទម្រង់ hash។ ការចូលប្រើដោយបុគ្គលិកត្រូវបានកត់ត្រា។
១០. ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរ និងទំនាក់ទំនង

Privacy policy
REAN AI is school and university management software, built in Cambodia for Cambodian institutions. Your school uses REAN AI to keep its student records and to talk to families. This page explains what data is collected, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Your school is the data controller. It decides what is recorded, who may see it and how long it is kept, as it always has with its paper registers. REAN AI (REAN AI, Phnom Penh) runs the system on the school's behalf and processes data only on its instructions.
2. What is collected
- Account — name, user name, role (guardian, student, teacher, staff) and the school you belong to. Passwords are stored only as a hash and cannot be read back.
- Student records the school keeps — name, date of birth, student code, class, a photograph if the school adds one, attendance, homework, marks and monthly or semester results, fees and payments, requests to the school (leave, letters), meeting bookings and survey answers.
- Family contact — guardian names, relationship to the student, phone number and email where given.
- Telegram (optional) — if you connect Telegram to receive the school's messages, we store your chat id. You can disconnect at any time from inside the app.
- Technical — IP address, app version and the technical logs needed to keep the service secure and to fix faults. Sign-in tokens are kept on your device in the operating system's secure storage.
The app carries no advertising, no third-party tracking or analytics, and no data is sold.
3. Why it is used
- To run the school's day — roll calls, setting and marking homework, entering marks, issuing report cards and billing fees.
- To show a family only what concerns their own child.
- To send the messages the school chooses to send — an absence, a fee due, results published.
- To keep the service secure and to meet the school's legal obligations.
4. Payments
Fees are paid by a KHQR code issued through the school's bank. You scan it with your own banking app and the bank confirms the payment. REAN AI never collects or stores your card number or banking credentials; what is kept is the receipt — amount, date and reference.
5. Who can see your data
- School staff, according to their role — a teacher sees their own classes, a cashier sees fees, and so on.
- Guardians and students see only the records of their own child, or their own.
- The school's bank for payments, and Telegram if you choose to connect it. Video lessons play in the provider's own app (such as YouTube) under that provider's policy.
- The hosting provider REAN AI uses to run the service.
Each school's data is kept separate from every other school's. We share data with nobody else unless the law requires it.
6. Children
Most students are minors. They use the app through their school and under the eye of a guardian, who can see the same records. We collect nothing from a child beyond what the school needs for their schooling.
7. How long it is kept
Records are kept while the student is enrolled and afterwards for as long as education regulations require the school to keep them (results and receipts, for instance). Accounts no longer in use are deleted or anonymised at the school's request.
8. Your rights, and deleting your account
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data. Because the school holds the records, please ask the school office first. To delete your account, ask the school office or email [email protected] with your school code and user name. We remove the account, and any data the school is not legally required to keep, within 30 days.
9. Security
All data travels over HTTPS. Access is limited by role and by school. Passwords are stored hashed. Staff access is logged.
10. Changes and contact
